Globalisation and more international operations is the order of the day. Swedish-owned Axelent will soon be represented everywhere, from its base in the deep forests of Hillerstorp in Sweden the company has expanded all the way to Australia, almost as far away from Sweden as you can get, Axelent has become a given player in industrial safety.

Axelent Australia headed to Queensland to once again support the annual industry-led Foodbank Hamper Packing Day. This year Axelent Australia also sponsored the purple Family Hamper Bags and hope to do so again next year.
The Australian Institute of Packaging led annual Foodbank Hamper Packing Day saw 270 volunteers packing 1200 Family Hampers, 300 Ladies Packs, 200 Back to School Packs and writing personal messages on 1700 Christmas cards. The team officially hit the $1 Million mark in donations and funds this year and have now packed 10,000 hampers for those in need over the last 9 years.
Axelent Australia are extremely proud of supporting Foodbank and such an amazing initiative and we would encourage everyone to get involved in the Annual Hamper Program either through time, goods or funds. Your contribution will make a difference to someone who otherwise may not be able to access basic food or personal hygiene items during the holiday season. The majority of the 1700 hampers will be distributed to families across Queensland in drought or bushfire affected regions.
